Cambio laboral: Time for change

¿Quién no ha vivido un cambio laboral? En la gestión del cambio en entornos laborales, ¿Qué factores afectan?

Desde mi punto de vista la gestión de los cambios laborales depende de muchos factores que influyen directamente en la toma de decisiones y en las emociones que las personas experimentan durante todo el proceso, son muchos detalles a considerar, pero aquí tenéis algunos de ellos que considero, son los más importantes.

En primer lugar, el dinero, que es el motivo principal por el cual se trabaja, aunque también puede ser un arma de doble filo, según en el momento en el que se encuentra la sociedad se podrá exigir más o conformarse con las condiciones que se ofrecen, todo depende de las necesidades de cada individuo.

En segundo lugar, el ambiente laboral. No siempre el dinero compensa un mal clima en el trabajo. Todos sabemos que estar cómodo con el ambiente de trabajo donde pasas casi la mitad de tu día, es una de las motivaciones más influyentes a la hora de tomar la decisión de afrontar un cambio laboral.

En tercer lugar, la cercanía. Cada día se valora más la ubicación en la que se encuentra el puesto de trabajo. También está la oportunidad de viajar, pero estoy casi seguro que eso es una motivación temporal, el cuerpo pide estabilidad a largo plazo.

En cuarto lugar, el tipo de trabajo. No es lo mimo ser un profesor por necesidad, que dedicarte a la docencia por gusto a la enseñanza o por ganas de transmitir un conocimiento, estoy convencido de que con gusto todo sale mejor.

En definitiva, por suerte o por desgracia he tenido que experimentar muchas sensaciones de las que he nombrado anteriormente, actualmente estoy en un proceso de cambio laboral en el que tengo que lidiar con situaciones adversas, inesperadas y nuevas, lo que supone un gran reto no solo profesional, si no personal.

Simplemente lo que puedo recomendar a la hora de gestionar un cambio es, que se piense, sin prisas, analizar los pros y contras que conllevarían ese cambio y, por último, optar por la opción que consideres más adecuada. En caso de duda, déjate llevar por tus sentidos, es una manera de dejarte guiar por tus emociones, y aprender que, si se cometen errores, por lo menos sean diferentes a los anteriores.

No veas el cambio laboral como un riesgo, si no como un aprendizaje.
